Focus Gallery: “High Caliber” Group Show
Main Gallery: New January Members Exhibit
Dates: January 3-27, 2016
Opening Reception:  Friday, January 6, 5-8pm

Arlington, VA – During January, Gallery Underground mounts “High Caliber,” a group show of works in painting, sculpture, photography and metalsmithing by award-winning local artists. Each of the exhibit’s seven artists are active Arlington Artists Alliance members whose work gained recognition for top quality in the recent 2016 ARTrageous Silent Art Auction. “High Caliber” is a tribute show to some of the “best of the best” local artwork in Arlington.

In addition is a new all-media Members Show, and also featured is painter Jean Moore, whose oils delight local art lovers, ranging from exquisite seascapes to enchanting animals.

Gallery Underground’s monthly opening reception is part of Crystal City’s Art Underground “First Fridays” events where you can also jam at ArtJamz Underground, take a stroll along the Fotowalk, see what’s happening at TechShop, and catch Synetic Theater’s acclaimed show, Sleeping Beauty.
